I used this company to get myself into my office in Surry Hills. Whilst I was waiting for Peter (locksmith) I read his reviews, some good, some not. After using Peter I can say that the bad reviews don't seem genuine. He was on time, courteous, got me back into my office quickly. Highly recommended.

Just called to ask if they were open as it’s a public holiday - was very rudely told “we’re a mobile service not a shop”. When I asked if they did key cutting he simply repeated himself and hung up. If their customer service is any indication, I wouldn’t use them if they paid me.

By what you are doing it is impossible for a customer to report your business if need be. Seems a bit shifty that you are getting all defensive with Fiona when in fact she is correct. Why don’t you share your license number when you reply to me and I will happily remove this review? Regards, Arthur

There was an attempted break in at our business, rang Peter at 6am, he came straight out and did a great job of fixing our door and also improving the security on it at the same time. Very appreciative, professional, nice guy and a fantastic service.
