Milton Chinese Restaurant
Fantastic little restaurant located in the pub. We went with two families with four kids. The staff were so accomodating for all our needs and had child friendly plates and cutlery. The food was delicious and had generous servings. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Boiled chicken in Chow Mein that appeared to be Chop Suey. Beef and cashews tasted the same as the boiled chicken dish. 7 cashews dropped on top of the beef and not even cooked through. Very poor. Garlic prawns full of onions to bulk up the dish. Where is the carrot in the meals? The Fried rice nice. Sorry guys.but cooks need to watch a real chef cook. Prices over the top for the poor quality meals we got.

Surprise surprise. Last thing I expected in Milton. Great place to visit, with this restaurant providing great Chinese, value and service. Last pub on left as heading south.

I was excited to go as I had seen lots of vegetable and tofu options on the menu. When I asked what was vegan on the menu I was told nothing was vegan & that they don’t have vegans in Milton. The women taking our order was very rude and spoke to me like I was an Alien because I wanted a vegan curry! We were a table of 9 people of which only two meals were asked for to be vegan. Ended up walking out very insulted and went to a restaurant across the road called Guild where I had a vegan ravioli and vegan pizza that was amazing.Milton has some great places to eat that have amazing food and cater for all dietary requirements. This place needs to move with the times and realise that vegans do come to Milton and maybe you need to rethink your menu!

It was a busy Saturday night during the January school holidays, so a little wait was expected but the service was lovely and the food fantastic. Great fried rice! Would definitely return for a dinner again!

Came through Milton for dinner on a road trip for the weekend. One waitress was rude and not helpful. When we first arrived, we were told it was takeaway only and would be 30 mins. So we checked around to see if other restaurants were open for dine-in. Came back to order and another waitress served us and said if there is a table in the pub, we could dine in, and it would only take 15 mins for takeaway. The first waitress did not tell us this. Regardless, we decided to order takeaway now that it was getting late. Pad Thai noodles were mushy. Salt and pepper pork was dry, batter filled and very little pork inside. San choy bow was mixed a third rice at the bottom, thus minimising the actual San choy bow ingredients! At the price of $18, this was disappointing considering it should not have rice. Overall, not a pleasant experience and unauthentic food. Felt we were not wanted there. The first waitress even told us to move to the side" as we were waiting for the food

Upon picking up my order of $127 i ask if i could have a bag of complementary prawn chips and the lady stated it would be $4. I stated that i spent alot of money and thought they would be complementary and then she said you only get them for spending $100 to which i replied i have just spent $127. Then another staff member said that its actually $130 for the complementary prawn chips. Considering it takes 50c to make a complementary bag of prawn chips i was very annoyed.Once returning home we found the food was extremely disappointing which ruined our girls weekend.Do not order food hereP.S who puts pineapple in thai green chicken curry........
