-1mil stars! worst provider in Australia!Vodafone cannot provide you with the service you pay for. i get 4hrs of service and pay for unlimited data. (regarless of location)despite multiple calls to them, they cannot help nor provide any compensation.any other provider would be better. Be warned! do not do business with this company! they take your money and put you in a horrible situation where you cannot call in an emergency, do banking or anything at all for at least 20hrs in a 24hrs period.they are the biggest mistake i ever made and regret ever knowing them.dont fall for good deals:

Worst customer experience. Went to change Vodafone plan she took an hour to change plan. Literally she do not know what she was doing. Guys at least provide some training to your staffs or hire experienced who knows their duties.

Absolutely the rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune to be in contact with, and she was not even serving me. Overtalked me, interrupted my conversatwith the guy serving me, called me a liar. All I was trying to do was but a new phone charger cord. I have bought all my phones there for the last 8 years. Never again. Disgraceful customer service.

Honesty, I didn't enjoy my visit to this store. Although the customer service was quick, I felt so much pressure from the sales person trying to sell me some plans that were not the best for me. I finally leave and went to another store, where I got what I wanted.Guys, in Australia, to put too much pressure in customers don't work in the same way than in another countries.

Tried to purchase a case for my partners phone. Somehow they managed to drag the purchase out to a 15 minute ordeal asking over and over again if we wanted to check out their phone plans and not knowing how to print a reciept. Epic fail Vodafone

5 star customer service! From day 1 Dan looked after me, he helped me transfer everything from my Samsung 22 Ultra to my old phone. He even uninstall whatsapp n install it again so then I wouldn't lose any media like it did last time in other Vodafone stores. He set up my new Samsung 22 Ultra. He made sure I had everything I had before. I recommend Vodafone Orion to anyone who likes excellence customer service. Keep it up!
