Me and my friend bought our first boards at this shop. The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and informative. They gave fair prices and helped us get our board ready to surf. Definitely the best surf shop in town.

Bought a new Beach Beat Soul Fish today, I'd done some homework but the advice from the staff was definitely what gave me to confidence to buy. How right they were, took the board out and was so well suited to my needs and improved my proficiency greatly over my old board!

Incredible service - My husband purchased a 9ft Mega Magic Walden Surfboard from these guys about 4 weeks ago and their service was terrific plus they even went out of their way to ship for him a Garth Surf Helmet purchased elsewhere, this was done at no extra cost.We brought the Board to Bali unused and when going to install the main centre fin in the board found there was a crack in the front section. We photographed this and spoke on the phone to Bowie. He organized to have the fin shipped to us the next day at no cost to us even though he was on his day off.Many thanks to Mark who I previously dealt with and Bowie and Scott you have obviously got a great team there and I give you 15 out of 10. Wonderful retail experience with these guys who I had never known or dealt with before as we live near Byron Bay.I writing this review from Nusa Lembongan, Bali

Absolutely love the service Summer and the team at Beach Beat Caloundra gave my husband and I today. We went into the store to look at getting a surfboard and came out with a hand picked and specifically crafted board especially suited to my husband. Summer’s local knowledge and surfing expertise was greatly appreciated. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and you simply couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience. Bowie and the team are awesome! Great customer service, they always have a smile on their face and they really stand by the boards they sell. I don't live nearby, but I'm happy to shop there every time.

Great service! Had a board go in for some pretty major repairs. Firstly, great job on the repair and secondly, rang me to tell me the repair was actually going to be $100 cheaper than they originally quoted! When was the last time that happened to you?
