There's definitely a 'Can-do' culture thriving within this business! Globally there is a shortage of equipment so it really helps when the sales team ring around to find stock. These guys located stock, provided a quote and an ETA well before other local distributors could even tell me if an item was in their own basement!! No joke! Communication is king and these guys would always call me back when they said they would. One of the benches we ordered wasn't quite fitting our needs, Clever Fitness organised a switcheroo of another type with no fuss. They're just so easy to deal with.
