It was good doing business with A&E real estate. Their process for renting the property was smooth - zero hassles, tenant friendly. In the midst of COVID the property owner decided to sell the property and Richard from A&E made sure that he followed all necessary safety precautions for both tenants and prospective buyers. He ensured that he brought the masks and sanitizers for prospective buyers to use, ensured that everyone safely entered and exited the premises. This is highly appreciated given that we have a young one at home. Even the moving out process was smooth and without any hassles. This demonstrates a high level of professionalism and customer-centric business.We wish them all the best for all their future endeavors.
