Great service and very professional. Traced my septic pipes and electricity when putting in a retaining wall. Without the scan we would have hit a pipe.

Just had Kevin out to find a leak in the undergound plumbing of our swimming pool. Using his amazing listening device he found the water seeping out the underground overflow. So must be a leak in the vinyl lining. Off to buy some cake colouring now to see if I can spot where the vinyl is broken. Thanks Kevin - legend.

i used K and J scanning a few months ago to locate where my houses power was before installing a fence. upon trying to use the report sent with just a bunch of photos with spray paint we tried our best to advise the contractor where the power line was. I then called and asked the question of do you usually provide any measurements on the report for reference and was told no. i dont understand how the report can really be used for future reference if you have nothing to go off to actually identify where the services are located. I then asked if they could return as i had the fencing contractor on site ready to dig holes for the fence. I then got another bill and no report sent. i was told by kevin he would follow up the next day to send me the report. still 1 week later no report. i again after receiving another email to pay the invoice but still no report. i still don't have the report and am now told there is a late fee because they didn't do the job correctly anyway to start the first time they came out!!! not happy and will not be recommending this business.

We have utilised the services of K & J Scanning on a number of jobs recently.We came across K & J Scanning via google looking for a local company to do some concrete scanning for us on a commercial shed we were leasing.Kevin was very prompt and was so easy to communicate and deal with.From this interaction we have started using K & J Scanning on other commercial jobs.We recently asked Kevin to assist with a job at the coast in a new high rise.The job required us to do concrete cutting the in the basement carpark, we employed Kevin to scan the carpark floor to ensure that it was safe to use a concrete cutting machine in the area for the works.Luckily, we did & Kevin identified power running very close to under the slab in the area we were going to cut, so he identified serious risk – potentially saving people's lives.This is the reason we should all use a service like K & J Scanning – we want to ensure our people go home to their families without injury!For anyone that needs a scanning service, we highly recommend K & J Scanning, Kevin and the team are such a pleasure to deal with; communication is spot on and the service they provide is literally lifesaving.Thank you, team! – until we meet again on our next job.
