Peter and Ash were very helpful in helping me decide which was the best system to install and installation guys did a great job in organizing the install quickly and efficiently. I’ve been contacted by numerous solar companies, some never showed up, some quoted unaffordable price. Their friendly and professional team did an amazing job throughout from inspection until installation and handing over Grid Paperwork. Very happy with our decision to go with Ultimate Solar Energy. Everything has gone smoothly from the sales process to installation.

Although I am happy with the product that was recommended and installed, the experience to get to this point has been painful.Because of lack of due skill and care in the recommendations I was given when the inverter was initially installed, I had to request that they return to move it from the original location in my front hallway, which was disruptive and unsightly.I was charged for the relocation. The Solar Inspector and other electricians that saw the installation have commented their surprise and disappointment about that.Throughout the installation process, I have consistently been appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by the entire team at USE. The installers consistently cut corners to achieve the minimum required standards.Ash, the project manager was initially very good to deal with but at the first sign of trouble, refused to take any responsibility and began to complain that this job cost too much money. During one conference call, he even yelled abuse over the phone separately at his staff and at me. In addition, he tried to charge me $290 for “parts and labour” that would have cost no more than $100 ($90 worth of conduit, 10 minutes of labour to assemble it).

Ash and his team had to deal with my tricky second story roof with interesting angles.On arrival things weren’t working out (could possibly do a pre site visit in future). Either way came up with a solution on the spot which I was happy with.I am an Electrician myself. The job they did on my house was of a high standard. Ash was very understanding and easy to talk to.I got Jinko N-type panels and and ABB Fimer inverter. Both very happy with.I would recommend ultimate solar Energy
