Pets In Peace

At the weekend I lost my beautiful dog of 16 years.From the moment I called Pets in Peace I was treated with compassion & care.The communication every step of the way was so appreciated.Today I received my dogs ashes delivered to me. Everything was beautifully presented, with a Cremation Certificate & a lovely candle. Emily who delivered my pet was an absolutely gentle compassionate & understanding soul. Thank you so much for service.

I have used Pets in Peace 5 times now for cremation of my beloved pets. While I don't doubt they are treated respectfully,the first 4 times I had nothing but praise, my most recent experience however has left me reconsidering my options.I had one request so all my certificates and paw prints were the same as I frame them and display them. I received an email confirmation that my request would be done and yet when the ashes were returned it had not been.It was done, but not as requested and confirmed it would be.I could cope with the process being done at a different location to my first 4, I could cope with the death date being incorrect as this was redone and resent, but you can't uncremate him to fix the agreed and confirmed upon specifics that didn't happen.If I had to have a preference, I would 100% use the Ipswich office.

We had a really good experience with Pets in Peace. They came out quickly to pick up our dog. The man who came was nice. I spoke to someone on the phone twice and both times they were lovely. We got our dogs ashes back quicker than I expected. The other man who dropped the ashes home was lovely also. Our cabinet we picked looks great. We got paw print and fur clipping. We were SO happy to see the fur clipping got both of our boys colours. Something we didn’t even think to ask for but were so happy to see. Made us smile.They separated his ashes into two containers for us.I was very happy with the service they provided and will definitely use again when the time comes.

We unexpectedly lost our beautiful bird, Norman last weekend. Our vet suggested Pets in Peace and I'm so happy we decided to use their services. We were notified as soon as he was collected from the vet. Through the whole process they have been so caring and shown us so much empathy. George brought him to us today and I was so impressed with his kindness. Pets in peace have really gone above and beyond for our sweet boy. Highly recommended

I can honestly say I don’t write a bad review, only good ones because I was taught “if you haven’t got anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all” But I feel I need to inform people going through a very sad time that Pets in Peace are INCOMPETENT!!! My beloved dog was sent there and 10 days later when the family hadn’t heard anything an individual rang and were told the bill hadn’t been paid, so the individual paid again even though the bill had been paid as soon as it was received. I rang on Friday to confirm opening hours on Saturday as I work 9-5 weekdays and was informed they were open from 9-5 Saturday, I said I will be picking my pet up at 9.30 am, when I arrived I was in the reception for an hour while they searched for my Boy only to be told he was In the delivery van to be delivered to Coomera vet during the week!!! It took me an hour to get back home and then another 45 minutes to get to Palm Beach where he was in a van. I feel sick to my stomach!! INCOMPETENT!!!! I will be advising friends, family and anyone that asks for a recommendation NOT to use Pets in Peace!!

Pets in peace have gone above and beyond to take care of my beloved friend. The service has been absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been done any better, to start our beloved pooch was taken from us on Christmas Day even then pets and peace were there to take care of Ziggy. Contact through the whole process has been loving and gentle while taking care of anything I had to ask. We also had a final goodbye viewing which was done in such a beautiful manner I would actually recommend it to others. To sum it up Pets In Peace provide such a lovely thought out service with zero faults. 5/5 10/10 100/100

Used them previously in the past, would rate them 5 out of 5 however 13 years later, not have had a great experience. 3 weeks to the day of our dogs passing, she got home finally after multiple chase up calls as it passed the she will be home by the latest " date.first experience

The certificate is incorrect for my dogs passing you have put the day after which is the cremation day. Candles are very cheap we can't get a continuous burn. My review is rather late but better late than never.

I want to share my exp with pets in peace. I want to leave 5 starts because we got what we paid for. BUT. After losing our girl we contacted pets in peace. Placed our order, paid and waited for the return of our girl. Alot of things happened that don't need to be mentioned that almost put a bad taste in my mouth and after reading some reviews i was able to sympathise with the people that left 1 star..You guys control the animals that are a part of our families after they depart. U need to make the customer a priority. I did not at all feel like a priority and although I got my girl back. I will not use pip again due to the lack of trust.. for 3 weeks I wondered where she was and when she would return but after chasing our order over and over. Never getting calls back. We finally picked her up today and she came home as described by pets in peace. Thank you guys I appreciate what u did but I did not feel u had my or my girls best interest at heart and for lthis reason is why I left this review.Thank u Mel... tempy was my puppy. I would like to say thank you to Pets in Peace. My cat Simba had a tragic accident and had to be put to sleep. My heart, broken, and struggling to see straight through my grief, pets in peace were kind and supportive. I did have a bit of a worry about things when on the phone arranging the cremation when the lady I spoke to referred a few times to my male Simba as a 'she' but tried to move past that as the lady was doing her best. On the day my Simba was to be brought home to me, the driver said he was having car troubles and would have to reschedule. I was pretty upset and a bit annoyed but in the end remembered that it's just life. A few hours later, and well after office hours, I received a message from Jason that he could still bring Simba's ashes home to me. At 7.10pm, Jason arrived, apologetic, professional and caring. Thank you for making the effort. It went a long way towards my healing. The items I chose are of a high quality, I chose the forward facing cat urn and clay paw prints, which I can tell are my boys prints as he had unique paws. While PiP was not 10/10 professional in some ways, I think they were in others. We,'re all just human. Thank you for your kindness PiP.
