Big fan of Muscle Diets! Best value for money. The meals are loaded with protein - easiest way to hit your macro goals. Would love to see a little more veggies included though!

I cannot fault these meals - tastes good and the the convenience of them makes my life so easy. Highly recommend!

Nice meals, my go to at the moment. Not sure if this issue has been fixed yet but the macros on the site and on the meal packaging are different. Other than that they're great.

VERY inaccurate macros and taste is average. For example, the 400g beef stroganoff with mash and veges claimed to have 64g protein and 54g carbs, 33% beef and 27% mash. As you can see, the box is 2/3 mash with a few strips of beef. Having tracked macros for the past 7 years and competed professionally in bodybuilding, I can tell you it did NOT contain 64g protein and was closer to 20-30 grams maximum.Disappointed and will not order again.

The meals are tasty and convenient, however, there seems to be operational errors within the company as I didn’t receive all my meals and some where substituted with meals I never ordered/wanted. If certain meals are not available or in stock I feel like the customer should be notified or given options to make their own changes to their order.Customer service is poor as I tried reaching out via Facebook, instagram with no avail. I managed to get an email reply from Ben, but no follow up in regards to my issue.

By far some of the best meals I've tried lately, 10/10 incredible flavour and portion sizes seem larger than other meal brands. Box was delivered on time. Highly recommended.

Zero communication from Muscle Diets. Made two orders to be delivered last week on a Sunday and a Tuesday. However, both were delivered on the Sunday - I purposely did seperate orders as I do not have the fridge space to store them.Furthermore, the meals were incorrect!Contacting Muscle Diets is impossible (tried to get more information on this stuff up). I contacted Muscle Diets by phone call but no one picks up, sent messages via chat but no reply and have sent emails but also no reply.Communication is key to keeping customers happy. It seems like other reviews are consistent with this where there is a clear lack of communication.Agree with much of the other reviews where the labelling claiming to have specific amount of carbs, proteins, fats is questionable. Some meals had 2 pieces of chicken and apparently that is over 60g of protein?

These are by far, the best freshly prepared meals that I’ve tried on the market. Fantastic range and quality

I was disappointed with my experience with Musclediets. The food I received was sub-par to put it nicely. Have called repeatably for some help and have been unable to get in touch with customer service. Very stressful.
