Our business has had expert IT support from Greg and his team at MySupport IT. He has been one of our main support platforms business wise for over a decade and ongoing. His business is special for the following reasons: 1/ he doesn't complicate matters with expensive silly IT options, rather he talks turkey, he tells you straight that what you are trying to do can be achieved but it will be ridiculously expensive and it would be much more sensible to do x, y. or z or whatever for much cheaper. 2/ He is onsite when you need him and remotes in when you need a quick fix 3/ He is really good with hardware, inexpensive and modern and functional 4/ He has a nice personality and is doesn't quibble about helping out, for example he is the sort of person you can ring up and workshop an idea with or send an email to and get a useful reply. He is happy that you might not be doing anything more than flying a kite, but will still workshop the idea with you and if it turns out that it's just a kite, he tries to help you workshop the idea into something practical.

We have been working with Greg and MySupport IT from late 2019. It was always a great experience - whether we needed a new server with particular specs, or perhaps remote assistance for the staff, setting up new computers, getting them to work perfectly...I am so glad I have found MySupport IT for our IT needs - the previous business we had working with us is no longer active, so we were in dire need.I feel I can talk the same language with Greg, even though I am not in IT and I have very limited experience and exposure to the field. After many wasted hours trying Telstra & Microsoft 'support' facilities getting absolutely nowhere, phoned Greg at My Support IT who logged into my computer remotely and fixed my Outlook/Email issue in less than a minute. Brilliant!
