Working with the NQIT team has been great and has improved our ability to work remotely via our phone system. I really love the mobile phone app which allows me to work anywhere as long as there is a connection. I have very minimal issues and was a god send when I was caught up overseas. The helpdesk team is also very quick to respond and helpful when we need some phone systems changes or holiday recordings updated.
