Professional Holiday Homes - Culburra Beach Office

Thanks so much for having us, we had a fantastic time. Such a beautiful property with an amazing view and only minutes away from Kangaroo Valley. The house was great, very clean and an added bonus with the fireplace inside as well as the firepit outside. Highly recommend staying here for a weekend to unwind and relax amongst nature.

We stayed here for a family member’s 40th birthday. There were six adults, two kids & a dog. The property is very nice & tidy & the floor plan is great, as we didn’t get under each other’s feet. Highly recommend if you’re considering a getaway.

The house was beautiful!! Extremely clean, modern, spacey and stylish. There were lots of things we could do, games, Netflix on both tvs, toys for the kids, bikes/scooter, fast internet and a cute fire pit outside. The pantry was full of many condiments and snacks. The host was very thoughtful. Bedding was comfy and host provided shower essentials including towels. Actually the best air bnb my family has ever stayed at. Thank you host :)

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!We lost $1400 as we refused to stay in a dirty house and they wouldn't refund or even exchange.They gave $1000 bond back into my mums account and took it straight back out and are now refusing to pay our bond back.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.In response to your reply, there were things that couldn't have been cleaned eg, lounges that were old, the house smelt and we did not feel comfortable sleeping in beds with a home that unhygienic. Very unfair to make a family and children stay somewhere they are not comfortable.We did tell you that we were leaving as we booked another property through you and you realised our bond that day for that property.In regards to the bond amount our bank has tried contacting you to let you know that you have not paid my bond back but you have not gotten back to them. We called today they said you are still yet to respond to them.

The place was spacious, clean, close to shops and saw a few kangaroos hoping on the street which we like. Quiet neighbourhood and not far from other towns. The accommodation is quite new with new electrical appliances and clean bathrooms. Professional home supplied a very detailed guide to the area and all the things we need to know about the accommodation which we found extremely helpful which includes where to go, what to eat, wifi password, emergency and etc. I will definitely stay at this accommodation again.

We had a great time here. The property was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. It was a real bonus that the property was pet friendly with a fully enclosed garden. The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed. The beach was very close and the air conditioning and ceiling fans were really appreciated on the hot days. Can't wait to come back - only wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful place creating space for a great family vacation. The scenery was so beautiful to wake up to every morning. Lots of entertainment activities and lots of seating space for special gatherings

The house was a delight to stay in with gracious property manager who gave excellent communication for arrangements. Well appointed, clean, modern & spacious with beautiful, relaxed decor. As a group of 5 including kids, it was a delight to relax, spread out and all the home comfort you can think of. Close to beaches not 10 minutes more like 5 min & walkways to the river, made for some lovely strolls with lots of pics in such a beautiful part of the coast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, with enough room for all of us (3 families). The house is within walking distance to the lake and short drives everywhere else in town. The agency managing the house was great with communication and answered any questions promptly. Beds were comfortable, all linen and bedding supplied. There was plenty of toilet paper and basics in the pantry. Nice to have shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Great space for our dog to lounge around too!

Beware of SCAM. We booked a house in a beautiful southern NSW suburb or culburra. The very first interaction was an additional charge per person which not clear on the ad, and seemed like an underhanded way to gouge the customer. After we left the apartment we cleaned everything thoroughly as there were signs throughout the house warning of all the possible extra charges. It did not really feel like a holiday, I kept worrying I would breach one of the policies and have an unsolicited charge. Little did I know, a week or two later, the cleaners stated the sink had a crack in it. I should have realised by all the signage i should have taken photos of everything to cover myself. But the property manager claimed I needed to provide a date stamped photo to prove it was not broken when I got there. I asked if they could supply a photo of before and after, but the email fell silent and then I saw an unauthorised charge on my credit card for $500. This feels very much like a SCAM to get money out of customers. Has anyone else been SCAMED by these guys. Such a source taste after what should have been a relaxing holiday.
