This practice used to have a lovely Pakistani doctor on board, who recently left, and it is now run by absolutely incompetent and unprofessional doctors with no empathy for patients' concerns.Specifically, Dr Thai Doan has a rude and disgusting attitude, googles irrelevant pictures and shows them to patients instead of offering any diagnosis or treatment. Does not show any interest in examining the patient properly. Risking people's health and safety on a daily basis, no idea how he has a degree and license to practise. Complete waste of time!

Way too Slow receptionist service. Not professional . I already made a booking 1 days ago , but I had to wait 100 minutes since my booked time even I arrived 20 minutes earlier than booked time . Here , I am a regular registered patient for the past 2 years . I will never be back here anymore .

The most unprofessional medical services I have ever seen. We had an appointment and we waited almost 2 hrs for our turn. The receptionist girl keep saying you are next but our turn didn't come. I saw many more patients come and go but I was waited there with my 2 years old for 2 hours. And then i left because it was unbearable. I can tolerate 1 hr but 2 hrs is too much

Bad customer service. Receptionist always on the phone. Saw the doctor after an hour and 15 minutes of appointment time

Receptionists are great, I learnt that they have pressure from patients due to doctors delaying appointments. Feel sorry for reception staff. Dont blame them just dont use the delaying doctor again.

Long opening hours, no waiting period, lady doctor who's background is Bangladesh, is a very good professional but caring person. I recommend this practice, especially the lady doctor.
