I have had no trouble there, all lovely nurses and doctors are pleasant. My visits there were to have stitches and metal clips taken out.

Claim to help but are full of it. Moved out of the area two months ago and asked to be referred to the right area. Chandler house waited 8 weeks telling me they had referred me and now I've been discharged with no continuing care but if I end up hurting myself it'll be my fault when it's actually being failed by mental health professionals constantly. I'm done getting help, there isn't any out there but thanks for this Chandler house.

Not included in decisions. Not trauma-informed. A bunch of bullies who think they know best and do what they like to you. I was better before I stepped foot in this clinic

It may be old but it has everything that you may need. A nice little quite waiting room. The staff are pleasant and friendly despite being flat put busy pretty much most of the day. It is an extension or the angliss hospital where you go to see you specialist or a referral Dr for a surgery that you may be waiting for. There is not much parking available for disabled and non disabled patients.
