Gabriel and team are very easy to deal with. We needed an urgent booking coz our stuff didn’t fit on the first truck we hired. Gabriel was one of those who respond quickly from Airtasker and we agreed instantly with the arrangement. They are very careful with our stuff and they very good in following our instructions given our complex situation at that time. It was a great experience working with them hence, I highly recommend this company.

Gabe at VIP Removals with his team did a great job, responsive, polite and professional, for me at Toowong on the same day I contacted him for a quite difficult job as it was an extremely tight fit to get the couch out especially. I'd highly recommend him

They arrived on time and communication was clear since the first contact. It was one of the humid days in Brisbane, their pace was reasonable. They went above and beyond helping with the white goods set-up. I would use them next time, thanks guys!

I have used Gabriel and VIP removals several times and all have been great experiences UNTIL the most recent job. Mind you this was kind of a big job, but nothing they have not done before for either myself or friends. There was poor communication from Gab to his team about the move - which resulted in double handling and taking longer. In the truck the items were not properly strapped down and alot of my items were damaged. When I met up with the boys to help load stuff into the storage unit (this defeats the purpose of hiring movers but it was just taking them that long!) there were items that were not damaged and when we reached my new unit, the items were broken and the boys even just threw away my belongings that they broke and didnt even tell me about them!!!When I spoke to Gab on the phone he was not understanding and not wanting to take any responsibility for the damaged items and no compensation/ discounts were offered. After I unpacked my belongings - there were SO many more items damaged. I messaged Gab about and never received a response for.VIP removals were once great - now its just international students who have ZERO removal experience. You will pay more and have your belonging damaged - Unfortunately I can no longer recommend these guys like I have many times in the past after this experience.

We had an excellent moving experience with Gabe and VIP Removals. The communication was great, the price was quite reasonable and they're very good at what they do. I would happily use their services again.
