Bow Wow Dog Wash and Grooming

Mel was a great communicator, and on time. She took care and time with our puppy. Very happy with her service already booked our next cut.

I had my little Letty washed and groomed by Mel from Bow Wow Dog Wash and Groom. Mel was very patient and gentle with my anxious Letty. She took her time with Letty to ensure she looked and smelled divine. Her coat came up nice and white and fluffy. Mel is passionate about what she does and enjoys making your dog feel special.

Mel did a fantastic job on Casper. As he is experiencing cataracts hence partially blind - she definitely shown patience towards him. She had never complained about the effort and time put towards grooming Casper. I would definitely have her as my long-term groomer moving forward. Thanks Mel!

Really disappointed with the service provided by Mel. We’ll never be going back.We are new in the area and needed a new groomer for Ollie, our 2-year-old English cocker spaniel, as Ollie’s old groomer was too far for us. We decided to try Mel for Ollie because of the 4.7 rating and reviews on Google, and we had such a terrible experience.His fur was so unevenly trimmed, fur on some areas, such as parts of his face and tail, was missed. And he was sent home without even being dried properly.We’ll need to groom him again so that his coat looks ok. His hair was cut so short, and it will take forever for Ollie to start looking like his usual self.We were charged $127 for the groom. Ollie had matting on his ears. Mel had told me initially that she wouldn't charge extra for matting because it was only on his ears, but she ended up charging us $32 additional on top of the standard $95 she charges for grooming a medium-sized dog.

We get our dogs washed and groomed regularly with Mel and she provides a very professional and efficient service. Highly recommend her work, our boys always look great!

If there is negative rating I can give this human… I would. She changes time an hour before the service and then before she even comes through our driveway which apparently she can not for good reason… no denying…does not even deign the manners to get off her vehicle and walk up to us for wasting our time and explaining the situation but says she can’t do it due to a shared drive way and behaves as if it was our mistake that I did not let her know. She should know her business and check with the client. And when I messaged her saying I am disappointed with the whole experience and it wasted my entire day which was planned around my new pets first groom and bath she come in rings the bell and says I am harassing her. Offering me another booking is apparently a favour her highness bestowed on us. All this too is alright stuff like this happens… but her attitude was super high and mighty. Definitely not someone I’d ever want to have a conversation with ever.

Mel has been our preferred groomer for a while now. She always does an incredible job with our Maltese x Shih Tzu and gets him back to looking fantastic again. Today Mel did the first bath and deshed for our Kelpie puppy and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I would highly recommend her services!
