Avoid this store if you value customer service. Asked to wear a mask. I tell the security guard politely I am exempt. He asks why. Although legally I do not have to say why I proceeded to tell him that I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so I cannot breathe. He asks to see my exemption certificate. I say you cannot ask for that. He says he can. I told him it is illegal and unlawful to ask any of his questions and walked out. Feeling very anxious as well. Never again. Worst experience. Will stay with me as a reminder everytime I drive past.

Very bad experience. My husband went to pickup 2 orders as i was sick ,on one order I put his name in collection detail and one I missed ,billing girl was so rude and refused to give 2nd order to him even he showed medicare card on which my name was there and also in first order his name in pickup detail was mentioned..everything was same but that lady didn't even listen..my husband went from Craigieburn to pickup that order,atlast my husband talked with manager and got delivery of second order but we will not go there..they don't know even meaning of customer services..

The shop was empty just myself to pay, 2 attendants and no even good morning from them! I felt so uncomfortable cause I was clearly ruining they moment… I was sick went to get medicine and I felt that they were doing me a favor!

I was under the impression that franchise businesses have the same pricing obviously not. Some prices seem to be higher here than my normal Chemist Warehouse. This protein powder almost $50 Dollars in Roxburgh Park. Craigieburn Chemist Warehouse $45

Very disapointed.I go there to certify 2 x documents. I ask the lady behind the pharmacy counter. As soon as she hears my request, she refuses straight away with the excuse of there is only 1 phamarcist here and she is very busy. Please go to the one in Roxy Shopping Centre. I ask her to ask the pharmacist because it is monday afternoon, 5.15pm and the store is empty (I was one 2 customers inside). The pharmacist is standing with a group of women behind the counter, laughing and chatting. She is clearly have time and can do it. But she just shakes her head.To me it shows laziness and cant be bothered attitude.So I go to the Chemist in the Roxy Shopping centre. It is so busy! But they accept my request and the pharmacist Rana is so polite, kindly verifies my documents with zero negative attitude. Thank you Rana.

Excellent customer service and the security guard was welcoming. He greeted up upon entry and was very helpful as he noticed I need help. I think more chemist warehouses need to hire staff like that so people feel comfortable shopping and have a good experience as I did.I strongly disagree with the negative comments as I think that the staff are doing their jobs and following rules.Thanks

Told their policy is only one of each item per customer, I advised the “MANAGER” that the second of the item was for a 84 year old with Parkinson’s that can’t drive, the actual truth, and still couldn’t buy the second item. There are NO SIGNS IN STORE TO CONFIRM THIS STATEMENT which confirms what I’m sure this was a lie. Will spend my and my 84 year olds friends money at a store that understands that not everyone has the resources to get to their precious store on a daily basis. Extremely bad customer service. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE NONE UNDERSTANDING STAFF. Go to a real pharmacy that cares about their customers.

Trying to call this pharmacy, it says thank you and number doesn’t connect. I ordered a click and collect from that store. Everyday they are sending me text and email to choose instructions for my order. How ridiculous is this experience, they are not contacting me regarding my order and I can’t call them. Which century do we live in.
