Great customer service. I ordered a frozen coke, and it was not satisfactory, so I sent an email. This was followed up and resolved within 10 minutes. Thank you McDonalds Gosford.

Absolutely idiotic system with the app capturing location data to get the app order. They say it’s to prevent fraud but I see more potential risk in sharing my location with you, so why do you force me to do that??? What if I have no GPS on my phone ?

Bought angus beef burger and not impressed. No flavour in the meat so believe its old beef and mixed with other non beef and charged $8.51 no serviette in bag and everyone treated like they are ferals . Shame as it is the most popular in the whole centre . Gosford needs much better if it is to match other major cities. More food places which know good food from bad

A young girl named Tahlia handed me my food the other day and my god was her service amazing. She was so polite and had the friendliest smile. Maybe the burger tasted so good cause of how it was made or maybe it was because of the positive and fun atmosphere Tahlia created. This girl deserves all the praise she can get I hope to see her again in future visits.
