I have been a patient at BUPA Castle Hill for 3 years now and I have had nothing but the best service. The team are very intentional with their patients and it feels like a family practice. I could not recommend Dr Andrew Ho and his team more highly! The receptionists are all world class and their alignment with the doctors is exceptional!

I had my son's check up and clean done recently from Dr Najebeh, very happy with the services. She is amazing, friendly, professional and explains everything very well.Would highly recommend.

I can't thank Dr Monika Vats enough. I am full of admiration of her professionalism and kindness during my appointments. I found her very efficient during my recent root canal treatment. She made my visits as comfortable as possible to ease myanxiety and her assistant was lovely too.

I visited Dr. Najibeh for a dental appointment recently and I must say, she exceeded all my expectations.Dr. Najibeh is an exceptional dentist who takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their needs. She is incredibly patient, professional, and respectful, making the whole experience a positive one. During the appointment, she took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure, answering all of my questions and concerns.She has a fantastic chairside manner that made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Najibeh to anyone looking for a dentist.

As a patient, I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the dentist. During my dental scaling appointment, the dentist appeared to be in an extreme rush and seemed more concerned with watching the clock than with providing quality care. The entire appointment, including cleaning up and taking x-rays, was completed in just 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the dentist did not take the time to explain the purpose of the x-rays and other scans, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. It was evident that the focus of the appointment was to exhaust my insurance limit, rather than providing the care that I needed. Overall, the entire experience felt like a big scam, and I am now considering changing my health cover to another provider. It is imperative that dentists take the time to explain procedures and results to their patients and provide quality care rather than rushing through appointments to meet their own agendas.

I went to this dentist a few months ago and thought they were fine, but they rushed through everything - it felt like they had to fill a quota of patients and could only see each person for 30 minutes - so they were not very thorough and they missed a cavity that I have had to now get filled.My main issue is that I went here because my private health insurance is through bupa and they missed this issue, used all the dental money on my health insurance and I had to get the issue that they missed fixed a few months later.Just felt very rushed and not thorough, nice dentist though.

Nice reception team & well equipped practice but bad experience with Dr Najebeh Jangavar, she simply lacks manners and communication skills.

Dr Swati Bedi was amazing. I went to the clinic with severe pain and no booking. she made adjustments to her already busy schedule and helped me.I really value her genuine advice and care with which the treatment was delivered. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with my visit to Bupa Castle Hill. Took my boys in today for a clean and checkup and they did not even clean there teeth!The boys needed fillings but the dentist recommended I see a kids specialist because he isn’t good with kids ?Would have been nice to notify me of this before I went in! Because of this, we did not receive a proper service.I also had an appointment two weeks prior and was not very happy with that dentist hence why I booked a different dentist for the boys .Definitely won’t be back. What a waste of money!!

Definitely not recommend people to go there ,last week when I make a appointment with them, the receptionist make me feel she’s nude and not patiently to answer any of my questions,I checked with her it’s any cap fees for my first time appointments,and she said there’s no charge for the first time customers, and today,the other receptionist charged me nearly 80 dollars cap fees ,and when I told her your other receptionist told me no charges for first time customer, and she said it’s only for bupa health insurance holder,I was like what’s wrong with them,when I make a appointment,they did ask me to show them my insurance card,why they don’t tell me there is cap fees before I make a decision with them,also the service was suck,the worst experience I have for cleaning my teeth,if I can ,I really want them to clean again for me,my teeth are no different after cleaning,normally it will more whitening,what a shame I pay for nothing,except bad dental care
