Melissa is an expert at her craft. She is professional, friendly and caring. She does such wonderful work ,that I drive from Melbourne to engage her expertise. I would not go anywhere else.

AMAZING BROWS!! I had my brows tattooed a few years ago and unfortunately I wasn't happy with the shape or colour and was left with a lot of scare tissue. I went though so many reviews on Google to come across style my brows. Melissa is honestly amazing, she is so welcoming and her little studio is beautiful. She is honest in her ability to correct a bad brow and I was so happy to put my trust in her to fix my brows. I now love my brows!! No more wasted time drawing them on. I 100% recommend Melissa if you're wanting to tattoo your brows!!

I've been seeing Melissa for years and she's very very talented. Any one who is nervous about trusting people with their brows, I can't recommend her enough. So professional and down to earth.

As an older woman (60+) I worry that when I get this type of enhancement I'll end up looking like mutton dressed as lamb but Melissa did a great job and I couldn't be happier. She was extremely thorough in her assessment of my skin type and explanation of what would best suit me, therefore I had no hesitation in leaving the decision making in her hands. She made some corrections to previous work and even though it's only been four days but I think they look great.

Melissa is AMAZING! I had my eyebrows tattooed previously at a different salon years ago and had really bad scar tissue but Melissa took extra time and care to ensure that my eyebrows were perfect. Her shaping technique is incredible and she nails the best shape for your face. My sister and I both had our eyebrows done and are both extremely happy with the results! Thank you Melissa!

I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough! She is not only incredible at the service she provides, but she takes time to really listen to what you want / don't want to make sure you are happy with the end result. She is super easy to contact with questions before and after appointments. Her treatment space is spotless and has a beautiful energy - as does Melissa.

Wow what can I say! I am SO amazed by the job Melissa did with my brows. It was well worth it. She was very thorough with the consultation and made sure there I had absolutely all info on board before we got going, she was happy to answer all my questions. She had very specific tools to measure my face to make sure everything was precise. The procedure itself was no where near as painful as I had imagined. I would recommend Melissa to anyone wanting this done she is truley a professional and a lovely person. Also a very comfortable and clean environment. Thanks Melissa!!

I was disappointed to have no result after quite an investment. On the follow-up touch up appointment I was repeatedly told there wasn't enough time to fix the brow because none of the pigment had stayed. I ended up leaving with no follow-up work (because there wasn't time even though I had booked as normal) and no result. My initial appt was overcharged $50 this could have been an error but when I mentioned it I wasn't provided the full refund. Lastly I did not like the style and when I showed the style I did like I was told 'no' and 'ew'. These comments have stayed with me months later which is why i feel I have to leave an honest review of my experience.
