Booked a free hearing test and had a great experience. As a young person, it can be quite awkward approaching the topic of hearing loss... The specialist was very understanding of this and he was very informative. I left feeling much more confident and eager to look after my hearing!

I have had the privilege of Maria's services now for many years, through two sets of quality 'invisible' hearing aids and cannot say enough in appreciation of her expertise and advice during this time. I have received prompt service whenever necessary and she has always acted quickly to resolve any issues and to work around any time issues to accommodate my travel needs etc. I have always enjoyed our chats over the years as well, they are always interesting!!

Last week I developed a terrible ear infection. The receptionist was super helpful and was able to squeeze me in for an ear cleaning appointment that wasn't available online so I didn't have to wait an extra day. I was super nervous as I was in so much pain. James was super gentle and clearly explained all the steps. The removal was pain free and he showed me the images of my perforation so I could explain to the doctor. Will definitely now come to get my ears cleaned regularly!

I got my hearing back immediately!!!My right ear was blocked for four days and I used ear drops for 3 days but somehow it doesn't work.Visited this clinic and James Lockman the audiologist helped me with the ear wax removal. He explains everything clearly and removed the ear wax carefully. I am so happy that I got my hearing back while the removing process. James is a cheerful person as well. Thank you!

Looked on-site for opening hours they said open Friday 23rd Dec 9am-5pm my husband went in to get batteries they were closed but the site was updated from Saturday 24th doesn’t make sense to me
