Would not recommend going here to get lashes done! After having 90% of the lashes fall out after 2 days I went back and then fixed them up and charged me again and then they fall out again within the next day or two.Not sure what you guys are doing or if you know what you’re doing but am very unhappy with your service. Will not be coming back!

This was the 2nd time of using this salon having been very pleased with my eyebrow enhancement 3 years earlier. Covid prevented me from returning any earlier After barely 6 weeks later, my eyebrows have lost all of the colour and many grey hairs are showing through. They look worse than before having the treatment which cost me $350, a lot of money. Not only have they refused to refund or offer any kind of financial compensation but the attitude received by myself and my daughter in law has been unbelievably rude. No concern for me as a customer and no desire on any level to address my concerns and profound disappointment. Utterly shameful attitude.

Wow, spent all afternoon at Salon Le Artist.Went there for my lashes which looks awesome again.Ended up also getting a facial then eyebrow tattooed.Thank you ladies, you made me feel special and I walked out of the salon looking like a million dollars.Thank you to Hana for your services.Hope you get those beautiful white teeth soon. You are truly an amazing lady.Also thank you Annabelle for the facial and I think it’s Sam?The young boy that did my beautiful eyelashes.

Have been a few times to get a lash lift, first two times were amazing, had a private room, and a massage which was advertised.Last time my eyelashes look great but I have had a massive amount of irritation since (no issues prior), got placed in a line of lazy boys where the workers seemed to forget you had your eyes closed so they would leave you for a long time and not explain what was happening, there was also no massage which is fine but when I am paying for a list of services they should be included!

high quality lashes with immaculate customer service, they give you a blanket during the service and accommodate to your needs the best they can.i called in the morning and they didn’t answer but they called me straight back to follow up which shows they care about their customers.i can’t remember the guys name but i had an appointment this morning (08/10/22 10.30) he did my lashes - he did such an amazing job whilst getting it done in under an hour. i believe he needs recognition for his great work. all staff are lovelyalso had my brows done from here before and they did great toowill be coming back & i recommend this place, highly.

I have been a customer for 4 years, I’ve always been shy and embarrassed when finding someone for waxing. The moment I met Hana and she did my first wax she made me feel so comfortable, I’ve never felt that way before and she was so fast, friendly and always has time to provide a service. I haven’t and won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Both my husband and I have been going here for years to get our eyebrows waxed. They make it so comfortable and are happy to accomodate to what we envision (shaping, not as shaped for him, etc.). This is the only place I go
