My mini DV cassette converted to dvd with out any problem.Customer service was excellent.Cheapest in sydney $20.Easy to find parking.Will do business again.

Called this place a week prior, and they gave me a quote to convert my all my VHS tapes together. Spent an hour driving there on my weekend to be quoted a completely separate price, stating there had been an error and it was a price for each tape. What a waste of my time!

Had my VHS movie copied to USB. Costed $50 the quality was decent, considering it was a 20 year old VHS it was pretty good but there were still static visuals expected of course but no additional things performed to resolve that, maybe it would have costed more not sure.
