plac is a nice bloke but the service is a joke, the senior managers only look after themselves and there mates, including there pockets. They are meant to assist help and understand a person, instead of pushing them away causing more issues sending ppl to suicide. Ask the manager in charge number 1 person to judge ppl real quickly

Extremely unhelpful service - all talk and no action, false promises and lies after lies after lies - making people with a disability suffer even longer than is necessary for a small problem that they could easily rectify , even the CEO can't be arsed returning phone calls to deal with a complaint nor can the staff that answer the phone - no idea how to answer quetion, don't want to help people, its time their funding was removed until they actually do their job and start to physically help people with a disability instead of sitting behind a phone pushing papers and pretending to do their job
