Very poor customer service,Paid 95k for boat and trailer and has no spare wheel and trailer is off-line so boat goes on crooked.

Very happy with the service and product. Brad was mighty helpful and I am extremely happy with my boat.

We had a problem with the flushing of the motor after being in salt water, so called up these guys, who said bring her down now, which we did, there was not much wrong, however, spent the time checking things over, without booking the boat in. Friendly service, great prices, we have found our new boating expert!

Everything I requested was available at a good price. . No drama.

Brad and the rest of the team at Hunts Marine Batemans Bay are awesome. They listened to what I wanted to do with a boat and made several recommendations. The fitout of accessories was completed in an extremely timely manner and looks as if they were factory fitted. Large range of accessories in stock and if they don't have they'll do their best to get it in. Check out their prices you'll find that more often than not they are cheaper than bcf, and they actually know the product.

Strongly advise for Yamaha services/repairs you go elsewhere. Created problems and replaced parts for the sake of it. Charged a fortune and had no customer service skills. Rude unprofessional mannerism.Response to John. How would you know when you are in Sydney and they are in Batemans Bay. We rang you to discuss the matter and you were arrogant as soon as we mentioned the rudeness of your manager. I don’t think any customer who goes to check on their boat would appreciate passive aggressive behaviour like we encountered. When a boat is booked in to have a reading on a computer recommended by their marine mechanic and instead of doing what was requested the motor was pulled apart and the fuel pump was given back in a box and trying to shift blame on the client. I think you guys seriously have issues. It’s a good thing we have ACCC and a report will be uploaded for all to see. Honesty is the best policy.

I ordered some parts for my F80 Yamaha outboard motor, some of which had to come from Japan. The service from Hunts was exceptional, Rachel in spare parts kept me in the loop every step of the way and the delivery was unexpectedly fast despite COVID delays. Thanks a million Rach!

Great customer service. Explained every thing clearly. Very friendly young man and helpful. Good old fashion service. Brad and team are great. Had motor service, quick price was good well done team. Very impressed. Will be back.
