First National Real Estate Bathurst

One of the best places for property management! I recently needed some advice regarding renting out my property, spoke with Kaitlyn and jarrod in property management team and was given amazing advice.I would 100% recommend first national for looking after all your rental needs. I would also recommend speaking with Kaitlyn and Jarrod.

Was enquiring about rental properties in the Bathurst area and Kaitie has been so helpful and knowledgeable - always makes time to answer queries I have about applications, standards and lease properties and makes it seem a breeze! Definitely recommend!

The team at First National are extremely dedicated and lovely to work with. I rented a home through them over 10 years ago until it sold to a private owner who I stayed with, and after the home was sold again recently they helped me secure a beautiful new home for my family to move into. Both times they were very considerate of my time and family when organizing open houses and inspections making it painless and smooth. Communication is fantastic and repairs are looked after straight away.Jacinta and Ken have built an amazing team who make you feel like you matter, and will go above and beyond to make sure your looked after.

First national were great to deal with as tenants. They were quick to respond to any issues and seemed to be a happy medium between landlord and tenant during our rental process. Jarrod was exceptional to work with.

Recently rented a unit in Bathurst with our son as the occupant, 1st National staff were brilliant and just so helpful throughout the process. Can not thank them enough for their professionalism and overall assistance.

Being a first time tenant I had no idea what I was doing of what to expect. First National were with me all the way. They answered any emails promptly and were always informative and fair with my requests/questions. When it came time to leave I chose to clean the house myself, this was no easy task being that it was brand new when I moved in and lived there for two years. When I had finished I was happy with the result, after final inspection I got a phone call from Morgan who had to inform me that there were things that did need extra work. At the time I was deflated and feeling sad, but after meeting at the property with Morgan I was reassured and confident I could fix the outstanding issues. Morgan so kindly gave me a little extra time to tidy things up and it was all the time I needed. Morgan and her colleague (sorry I forgot his name) made me feel valued and proud again of what I had achieved. I would like to thank First National and the team for everything and also the office is so beautiful when you walk in. It’s modern, fresh and inviting! I will be back 100%

I cannot speak highly enough of Jarrod in Property Management. He has consistently gone above and beyond for us and made what would normally be an extremely stressful moving situation a breeze. Nothing is too much hassle and his communication skills are second to none.

My experience with the First National team at Bathurst has always been seamless. We been tenants with the agency for the past year and have found their service incredibly responsive and professional.

First National Bathurst is a very welcoming and warm real estate. They helped me find what property would be best suited to me and how to complete the rental process. I have so much respect for the team. They are all well educated and deserve the recognition.

I once had a good rapport with First National, but after having to deal with a property manager with a request for a change of date for an inspection for my daughter due to a death in the family I view them now with nothing but disdain. We requested a change of a couple of days to an inspection, due to it being when my father's funeral was on and her housemate was currently in hospital with a serious condition. The male PM whom I talked to after my daughter had tried was nothing but rude and condescending from the start of the conversation to the end, refusing to be of any help. We have had to approach advocacy for them to hopefully show some decency in this situation. Contractors dealing with FN have found the same issue with this property manager too. My daughter did say that someone by the name of Kim was amazing, but to me, this has taken away the shine of a company I once liked. Stay away from them.
