Solar hot water system with electric booster installed yesterday. Took about 2 hours all up and we were enjoying hot water just a few hours later. Very happy with the service from the quote through to the installation.

Steve, Ryan, Sam and Leanne! The fact i remember everyones name says something here! What an absolute pleasure working with these guys. Truly wonderful, professional and honest! I will never use anyone else ever again. I actually told Steve this back in 2018. I have just used these guys again. As expected. All smooth sailing. I like their approach on safety, their service, how prompt they are at replying texts and getting back to you. These guys cannot fail. I would recommend Renew Energy 100%.

Stunning service and quality!!We installed a new solar system with Renew energy recently and we are very surprised with the quick and professional work they’ve done for us. From the quoting and queries communication to the installation and job completion, every stage hooked perfectly with each other. The whole team is very friendly and professional to assist with our every question and inquiry. Compared to other supplier some of them are not reachable or contact back after many days, some of them are very pushy just trying to sell only, Renew energy is very patient and willing to provide service to customers which is the key point to win our job.We are really confident and happy to refer Renew Energy to our friends.

Contacted Renew Energy as suggested by Rheem Australia originally for quote for new hot water system, Renew energy attended (Steve) and quote given. (Still think a bit on the expensive side, but we needed a good system quickly. Went ahead and within 2 days HWS installed, very prompt and quick installation, a lot quicker than I thought considering it was a roof top storage (300 Litre unit solar).However your truck needs either a service or check over as the oil it left on our driveway was not that good. Not that happy with that, and Im sure someone would have known.Hopefully we've picked a good unit.

Renew Energy supplied and installed some new PV panels and a Li-ion home battery. The price was very competitive, and the installers were great!

We had a Rheem gas boosted solar hot water system for almost 20 years and never had a problem with it in all that time. When the solar panels deteriorated we decided to replace the whole system even though the boiler was still good. Our Rheem boiler had been good to us so we were going to have Rheem again provided they were still made in Australia. Since they are we were put in touch with Renew Energy.A team was being sent out the next day but late in the afternoon I changed the order and was expecting some tuts and sighs but no, it wasn't a problem and the next day the team arrived as previously scheduled with the new order.I have to give a special mention to the man (Sam?) who removed the old solar panels. They were in a bad state of decay and were breaking up as he tried to remove them, it was a horrible messy job. He later showed me the panels and said they were among the worst he'd ever seen. The only reason we had hot water was because of our trusted Rheem boiler.I read in a comment on this site that Steve is very patient and it's true. As this was a bit of an emergency replacement I didn't have much time to do homework on solar hot water systems and Steve was always there answering all of my questions even after installation, nothing was too much trouble and he was very understanding.We are going to have a solar system installed in the next few weeks and will be returning to Renew Energy as I have confidence in them.

Our 23 yr old water heater started leaking (typically over a weekend!) and I was recommended Renew. Steve took my call on Sat evening, reassured us and explained what to do. He arranged to have a quality new model fitted on Monday morning so there was no inconvenience. Excellent professional service. Highly recommend.
