Nice fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices and friendly staff

From overseas so I took time admiring the products in store but kept getting looked at as a suspicion of theft. If you have suspicion for whatever reason check me at the door. Don’t ruin my shopping experience examining my every move, now I have to write a bad review. It’s not a crime to walk around a store and view the products you are selling.

I love this local market. Everything is so fresh and organised so well. Best 'Ciao Bella' focaccia. Staff are great. Living nearby and eating WFPB, this place rocks! Great specials everywhere.

A medium sized supermarket with an interesting range of brands and products that are a change from the majors. Not the cheapest, but you'll find stuff here that Coles and Woolies don't stock.A lot of gourmet, upmarket items. Comparable stores would be La Manna (much bigger) or Leonardo's etc.Fruits and veggies were attractively displayed and were of a high quality and very fresh.There is an adjacent, small carpark which is often full.

Such a terrible terrible place. Most of the ‘fresh’ produce is not even fresh it looks off by about 30 years. Also I don’t think I’ve seen so much coconut water in one place, like seriously how is it too much to have fresh vegetables but 400 bottles of coconut water. So bizarre

The produce section is amazing and the most affordable in the area. I do wish the dry products had more variety though. In saying that all staff have always been super friendly and helpful

I love this place. Great quality fruit &veg at good prices. I also love the international groceries and that there's selections for vegan diets as well.The coffee shop and butcher are great too so yes, I am happy.

Variety of fresh food with reasonable price. However poor customer service. The price on the shelf is different to the one when checking out, I told the lady and instead of checking, she showed that she didn’t believe me. I showed her the picture of the price on the shelf and she said that she would not change the price and “ do you want it or not?”. I was shocked. By law this is fake advertisement and they have to give the stuff for customers for free while I only asked for the correct price with decent attitude. The customer next to me also agreed with me and told the lady that she at least has to respect the price on the shelf. She finally called her manager who fixed the price for me but did not apology for the issue. I can’t believe that someone who work in customer service could have no basic knowledge of what she is doing and have very bad interpersonal skill. The incorrect price is not a problem because it can happen in any places but the attitude of dealing with the issue is critical. Hope they can train their staff more properly.

I really love this store and find the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I have such a pleasant experience shopping here all the time and buy large amounts of veggies here weekly spending quite a bit of money so I think I'm a good customer! I would like to ask the owners to PLEASE cut down on plastic. There is so much unnecessary plastic packaging on the products!!!! It would also be great to have stickers to show what is grown locally vs interstate vs overseas....and also please make sure the rewards points system is working on all devices (doesn't seem to work on my android). Thank you so much I hope to keep shopping here for many years!

Really nice new store with heaps of potential. Very heavy on Greek items which is both great and limiting. Overall though an awesome competitor to the big chains that deserves support. Cafe inside is nice too
