Could not speak more highly of this local Gold Coast business. Everyone I dealt with from quotation to installation was on time and did what they said they would do. Emails were answered within an hour. I was kept up to date on the process from start to finish. Most importantly, I am so happy with the quality of the product - venetians and shutters. They look fabulous - and at less than half the price of another quote I received from a highly advertised company.

We recently had our shutters installed by Custom Blinds & Shutter World. I had 2 blinds installed by Custom Blinds in November & was very happy with the quick turnaround & professional installation so close to xmas. There was a slight problem with measurement but it was quickly addressed & when I had another 2 installed last week the original problem was addressed with a new blind. The installer was great & made sure I understood the workings of the remote. I love my new look loungeroom.My husband is in the building trade & highly recommends Custom Blinds to all his clients.

I want to thank Custom Blinds & Shutter World and share my experience of a recent substantial project they completed in my home. The layout of my apartment is open-plan, because it is a penthouse there are two living areas that face each other from either side with no wall closing either living area in. I wanted to close off one of those living areas so it could act as an office or 4th bedroom when needed but I didn't want to have a full wall installed because I wanted a way to retain the open-concept when the room wasn't in use.I explained what I hoped to do to the staff at custom blinds & shutter world and they proposed installing a track along my ceiling and floor and a set of 6 floor-to-ceiling plantation-style panels attached by hinges. When the room needs to be closed off, the panels slide along the track, creating a wall, when the room is not in use, the panels fold into each other, retaining the space. The finished result exceeded my expectations, see the attached photos but it has made the whole space much more functional. From ordering to installation, absolute pleasure to work with this company.

From quote to installation we have nothing but praise. There was a Manufacturing delay however we were regularly updated on the progress.When it came to installation Jason was extremely professional. Very punctual, and friendly. We are very impressed with the finished product, and if I can ever get to download my photos I will be able to show you all.

Custom Blinds & Shutter World did an amazing job with our shutter installation. Our shutters are elegantly designed, having three shutter sections for strength and durability along with quality fittings that have made it so easy when opening and closing the bifold panels.The installation was meticulously carried out and the attention to small detail when setting the track levels was very professional.Thank you to both Ian, Jason and all the team behind the scenes.
