Elders Real Estate Bendigo have been amazingly helpful to me and my family while trying to find a rental property. In fact they were the only Agents to care for us in our endeavour to find a home. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Was renting through Elders Real estate they were very easy to deal with and were very helpful and friendly to us the entire process

Found Martin quite rude to deal with, did not want to listen to feedback I had to give. Very unprofessional. Obviously not wanting to sell property. Had funds waiting but denied the opportunity to inspect even though my desired time was within the advertised end time. Salesman (in my opinion) too lazy to meet me there.

I have had nothing but great service and friendly business from the team at Elders in Bendigo . They have helped me secure a rental property and always respond in a professional prompt manner if I have a request. Could not recommend them highly . I have worked in real estate myself and their high standard of professionalism I have to reward. They have a fantastic team and just lovely people to deal with . They will definitely be an agent I will want to talk to when Im ready to buy and secure my own home and be confident Im getting genuine advice.

We recently successfully sold our much loved family home with Elders. Ruth Heard was our agent and I cannot recommend her more highly. Ruth was very professional throughout the whole process and guided us in her skilful manner. Her attention to detail, regular communication and calm confidence were very much appreciated. The advertising including stunning photos, videos, write up, newspaper articles and trifold brochure were all first class. We found the whole experience went very smoothly. I recently had the property I am renting sold by Martin and Barbara and can't speak highly enough of the experience I had.Both were professional and friendly and very accommodating regarding inspection times, it was a very pleasant experience compared to other properties I have lived in while being sold.I would highly reccomend this agency based on my experience with them.

What a wonderful experience, professional, diligent, skilled, personable with integrity, cannot rate Patrick Skahill highly enough. They are ahead of the game, well informed and know true value when they see it. We had a terrible experience with another firm in Bendigo, this experience was like night and day. Restored faith that there are good people in sales that are not just out for their own agenda. With this firm they understand the nuances of land and creating win win opportunities.
