Guys at Aqualeak are excellent. They are very prompt on responding. We had a basement leak and it took them two attempts to identify as they went through the elimination process. I am very happy with their service. Definitely recommend them to may family and friends.

After contacting more than 10 water detection experts we discovered Aqua Leak . Being residents of the CBD no one was willing to take on the challenge of investigating apartment terrace water leaks. I had water ingress into the walls of my house from the balcony and so sought out Aqua leak’s services. Very happy with the service provided by Kevin. The leak detection service was fast and efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and took to the time to clearly explain to me the cause of the leak and pointed me in the right direction to rectify the issues. The final report was detailed and clearly identified all issues. Highly recommended.

When giving the quotes, it was promised that if leak not detected, a refund will be issued. Came to my property and done the job within 20 mins. The only equipment used was the heat camera. I was advised that the leak was from the water meter. No receipt No report were provided. I then contacted water company. Their technician attended and gave me the report that meter is working well. I have to engage another leak detection company who found the leak and plumber fixed it. I then reached out to Kevin 4 or 5 times via email, message and phone call with water companys report attached. I only received one reply stating he found the loose part in meter...despite water company report clearly stated meter was not the issue. All my other communications were ignored. I offered to pay call out fee and have the rest refunded...no response. Kevin, we all make mistakes at work, just give me the refund as you have promised, I will appreciate your honesty that way. I am sorry i have to write this long and negative comment. I have no other way to reach out to you. I look forward to working with you to resolve it.More edits in response to below reply. Please at least read my full post. I have to engage another leak detection to find the real problem. You were on-site foe less than 30 min and the only method you used was heat camera. That 30 min costed me almost $1000. Please all other consumers stay away from this company.

I became aware of a shower leak and was referred to Aqua Leak Detection to perform a leak detection test and determine the extent of the leak, which would then inform the scope of repairs required. Kevin from Aqua Leak attended my premises to carry out the leak test - he was extremely professional, pleasant and courteous and explained to me what he had found. Kevin prepared a comprehensive report setting out his findings and what would be required to address the leak, which I used as the basis to engage Xtreme Seal to repair the leak and submit to my insurance company as part of an insurance claim.
