Words cannot describe the level of abject disgust I have for this company and their very poor business practices.Hired a vehicle a month ago and paid with a card I have POA for, as it is to benefit her. Person cannot drive so I am driver. Provided all info and was flagged for more docs.Provided “Vanessa” with the docs and was told all ok. Fwd a month. Try to follow the hire app. Cannot log in. 3 failed attempts and called cs only to be stuffed around for 45minutes while they tried to “fix” the problem that was supposedly “fixed” a month ago.Long story short, after speaking to 4 operators “Adrian” has advised I will get s refund as they cannot provide vehicle.Hope I don’t die waiting.So here is the thing: if my paying with a card in another name I am enduring POA for was such a problem they should not have processed payment at all.Total waste of time.Do not recommend.Pity, as it’s a good idea.Maitland people: DO NOT BOTHER.I have 25 years+ customer service and management background and nothing is worse than shoddy business practices and abysmal customer service.

I would highly recommend any other options. I accidentally booked an incorrect date and copped a $33 dollar refund fee. Avoid if at all possible.

The van was able to be picked up at the start of my hire, it worked and I didn't have any vehicle related issues during the hire.However, the van I picked up did not have a full tank of fuel (even though we're supposed to leave it with one) and the interior had a bad smell.

They don't have pantechs in the east Maitland area. Don't use them

Cancelled on a Thursday night before a Saturday morning booking. Moving houses on the Saturday. Could only offer a refund or reschedule for a Monday. They only have one van and one truck. Person before me wanted a long-term rental so we had to have ours cancelled. Don't bother with this company.
