Buyer beware do not order online here my 2 nd online purchase and same terrible experience as last if I order a product and pay same day I expect it to be processed next day if there is a problem I expect to be contacted within 24hrs I am now chasing customer service my last order you took 3 weeks to tell me it was not in stock and I had to contact you! Took 4 weeks to refund Worst online service ever!! Will never shop here again

I bought a tool trolley online. The item was 55kg. Came here to pick it up and the service was excellent. Without asking they brought it to my car and put in the back.

The total tools app us out now and it shows you every thing you have every purchased there . Great for warrienty issues. Great help full staff. Huge range of tools. . I could spend all day there. I love that all the tools have prices in them so when you browse you get a better under standing of what things are worth. I hate places with no prices. You get your receipts emailed to you so there easy to find later if you a warranty issue

Every time I visit I am very impressed with the service and product knowledge. No question is too much trouble and if they don't know the answer they will find out. They have all the best brands and difficult to find items ... A true one stop shop for all your tools and equipment no matter what trade you are in !

Brand new tool broken within 6 weeks. Item sent of and returned not repaired. Item sent of second time and comes back worse than originally brought in. Staff will not meet my consumer rights for replacement or refund. Terrible commincation. I will have owned the tool for longer in repairs than in use. $600 Rotary hammer

I had a faulty product I'd picked up a week earlier, 3 guys helped me get sorted. All super friendly all listened. Sales is easy, the after sales support is what's important and these guys nailed it. Thanks guys appreciate the help.Just a note, don't order online even with instore pickup, instead buy directly in store is a big difference to how total tools handles support
