Key Residential Rental Management

Key Residential were our property managers for over 2 years before the owner sold the house. I can only say these are one of the BEST property Managers in town. Geoff the owner is one awesome down to Earth dude and this goes to all the property managers and office staff. However,our amazing property manager Alison tops the list as she always went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. She always looked after both the tenants (us) and the owner's best interest. These guys promptly responded to emails and any house issues were dealt with almost immediately. They are respectful and approachable. I honestly can't fault them in any way. They are super understanding when circumstances change and super accommodating. When we have an investment property in the future, I will definitely approach them first. I highly recommend them to any prospective tenants and any owners .
