Lovely cakes, they are worth the price. We've had the small fruit tarts and the mini white chocolate cake with passionfruit. Absolutely beautiful.Flowers are nice also, great range and they do high tea.

We enjoyed High Tea here today. The service was friendly, the food was plentiful and delicious. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 16:20,i know they close at 17：00on Sunday,but that shouldn't be the reason that the staff keep ignoring customer and just focus on closing.I stopped and asked one of the staff whether they still open and got the reply「For What?flowers?」.After I told her I would like to order some cakes and pick up next week,she asked me to order online and then back on packing up.their flowers and cakes are definitely good,but their service are just horrible,Really disappointed.

I arrived with excitement only to find no one at the food side was there. Be back in 15mins the sign said. So I patiently waited. Finally after 30min someone arrived only to be advised that no food had arrived? Only had raisin toast. WTH!! waste of time.

Such a shame about the terrible customer serive as this could be a really wonderful place to purchase flowers for loved ones and special occasion cakes. It can only take 1 person to give terrible service and a bad vibe. Unfortunately this isn't the first time either. I think that will be my last try at this flower bar.

Pre-booked and paid online a high tea to celebrate a special day with my friend. But for whatever reason, the online booking wasn’t sent to the staff at the Flowerbar. When we arrived at 2pm this afternoon, we were told no booking for the high tea and definitely disappointed for the news. Then Emilia came back from her break, she quickly brought some toasted ham & cheese croissants, deserts and coffee to us. Thank you, Emilia for your quick response and great effort to fix the issue and let us spend a good time as we planned, even without high tea. Greatly appreciated! Emilia also spoke to her manager and organized the refund for me. We also thank the other two staff working this afternoon, who tried their best to help to solve the issue. Great team and very impressed! I will definitely come back next time for the high tea! Vanessa

I visited here for a high tea with friends. I called ahead to make sure they could provide gluten free options, they assured me it was catered for. My disappointment when what I received was half what everyone else was eating. The options were flavourless and somewhat inedible. The coffee was the only part worth stomaching...

They do the best cakes. The chocolate cake for my birthday was one of the best chocolate cakes I've had. Super light sponge, deliciously rich ganache and lovely fresh fruit. Still delicious 4 days after purchase.
