So my ssd hard drive was completely wiped, Steve was able to restore everything including operating software and all the settings and programs. A couple of weeks ago I had a 10 TB hard drive die and me.A lifetime of data gone in the blink of an eye.I started looking on Google to find someone in Melbourne who couldhelp me out, and it appeared that most places were going to charge around $2000 or more to recover the data.I came across Steve's website and gave him a call. He said he hada very good success rate recovering data, and would only charge $200.Plus, he said if he couldn't recover any data, there was no charge.What did I have to lose?Anyway, to cut a long story short, he was able to save all of my dataonto another portable hard drive! It took a few days to transfer,but it was all perfectly recovered. I have no idea how he did it,but he saved me from a fate worse than death!Speaking from personal experience, Steve must be your phone callif you've lost any sort of data and need it recovered. I would have nohesitation using him again.When you've just lost a lifetime of data, and there's a guy out therein Melbourne who can help you get it all back (or at least he did for me),it's a no-brainer to pick up the phone and give him a call.If I could give Steve more than five out of five I would.

Amazing service with Steve! Lost two drives at once from a power surge. It was very distressing, as I have been a dill and not backed up my life for the past 20 years. Steve had all my files back to me within 7 days, and at around half the price as data recovery businesses. Friendly, prompt service, really clear communication and invoicing, didn't make any assumptions about my tech knowledge. Plus I got to pet a swell doggo. 5/5Must provide your own drive, but Steve also offered to buy one in his spare time and add it to the invoice which I thought was pretty swell of him (though I supplied my own, I'm picky). In the case of no data being recovered, you're not charged at all.Thanks again mate :)
