Out and about for a Sunday drive and came into Baxter. Saw the sweets and had to try. They didn't disappoint us. They were yummy

Decided to dine in... Don't! Beyond overpriced, lack of any menu to be found but if you eat from servo... The pies are sublime and would glady fight you for the last one!!! Community-based values, cheap fuel and employs plenty of staff just don't eat in cafe!

We came here after reading so many good reviews. I was hesitant as it is part of a servo, but they did not disappoint! The pies are fantastic. We will be back.

Great selection of pies, only 1 veggie option though but its good. The pastry on the pies excellent. Size of the pies good too. If you buy 6, youn get one for free. Im glad I live nearby, I buy 6 every fortnight. Note that the pies are fresh, you dont get old ones. As a side note the potato cakes are exta good.

$7.90 per pie sets you up with great expectations before the first bite.You're constantly examining 'was it really worth that much?' ...I'm not sure, but I acknowledge that the price of everything has gone up a lot, so maybe it is fair.Decent broccoli and cauliflower pie. Nice big chunks of veg. Thick sauce. Held together well till the last bite.I would definitely recommend a stop here over Tooradin bakery if you're heading down the south Gippy.

If you go here get the steak/cheese/bacon pie or caramelised onion! The best pies i have ever had
