Shame on you MetrollYou deliver a shed on behalf of Aussie Made Sheds and it's months behind schedule and missing vital parts to build it. Delivering a shed unannounced without all the parts to my nature strip means it has to sit there for all to see until you finally decide to deliver the rest. It's now been sitting there a month with no update. The whole experience has been disappointing.

Unsafe environment, don’t recommend

The worst product I’ve ever had to work with hands down. Everything is scratched, downpipes, lengths of gutters. Downpipes are made in the factory, still not square. Plastic on the gutter does nothing for it, fills of dents. Downpipes come with dents also, and 90% of the orders are wrong and couriers will bring it out instead, just not in your timeframe

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH METROLL!I have been stuffed around by METROLL once before, but I give them the benefit of the doubt, and here I am again. I had planned to do a roof replacement on my in-laws home, who are now retired living on a pension. They were so excited about it. I made an order through Metroll, and they told me that all material would be delivered on the Friday. So, I had organised for a skip to be delivered on the Friday for all old roof tiles. The skip cost my in-laws $600. Metroll delivered roofing material, but no insulation was delivered, so we could no longer do the job that weekend and my in-laws wasted their money on a skip.Metroll couldn’t care less. So unprofessional. So unorganised. Never again.

Order placed 10 weeks ago and the idiots lost half the purlins so have held up the order until they can figure out what they buggered up! Don't know where the rest has ended up. Absolutely incompetent.

I FORWARDED A SET OF PLANS TO HAVE A QUOTE DONE FOR A ROOF FOR AN L SHAPED EXTENSION IN JANUARY .I WAITED QUITE A WHILE AND NO RESPONSE . SO I PHONED ONE OF THE THE MANAGERS AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IT HAD TO GET QUOTED OUTSIDE EXTERNALLY.THATS OKAY I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT .I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE IT THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY .I WAITED AND WAITED AND STILL NO RESPONSE.I THEN PHONED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER MANAGER ANDD EXPLAINED THE SITUATION .HE SAID HE WOULD GET ONTO IT RIGHT AWAY AND GET BACK TO ME .RIGHT I AM STILL WAITING AND THIS IS APRIL.BAD EXPERIENCE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS FROM ANY OTHER SOURCETHANKS METROLL WONT DEFINETALY WOND BW REFERRING YOU TO ANYONE

Worst customer service ever! I had just purchased 3k worth roof sheeting , paid for delivery, then I get a call from the driver saying he was incompetent to back the truck through the gate ( 3m wide). So he dumps 700kg of sheeting on the driveway . I call Metroll they told me they will have some one come out the following morning and sort it out. No one shows up so I called up and a tool by the name of Troy answers, abused me then hung up in my face. Thanks guys I’m glad I spent my money with you!

Ordered roof sheets through them and roof tiles came out. You’ve got to be kidding me!

I can't believe the way in which this company conducts business. The most unprofessional company to deal with. Promised a delivery on Thursday which didn't arrive. Upon being contacted they were very unconcerned about the cost of tradies being paid to stand around and do nothing. They then admitted to hoping we wouldn't call and check, which means they had information about the order they were willingly holding back. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not be relying on them again.

As a professional roof plumber i been using metroll exclusively for the past 5 years and they have been exceptional, totally happy with the products and always keen on price, almost never a problem but on the odd ocassion they missed something they where on it straight away, looking forward to our continuing relationship.
