Very unfortunate experience at this Vet practice. Our dog went for a check up on a Saturday back in February. The Vet we spoke to said to call the office first thing on Monday for results they collected from our dog. I called and spoke to a receptionist who said the results were not ready. My husband and I then spent the following week chasing up results with the same receptionist sounding more and more passive towards us from the fact that we were following this up (on advice of the vet). When we finally were able to get through to a different receptionist and vet at this practice, we received the incorrect diagnosis for our dog, and told that the vet that examined our dog, would be in touch to discuss treatment. We never heard back from them. Our poor dog ended up passing away by April. We thought we had more time given the diagnosis this vet advised us of which turned out to be incorrect. We decided to see another vet because we were getting more and more anxious about the deteriorating condition of our animal. The new vet and new practice provided us with the correct diagnosis (a basic, and should have been clearly detectable case of metastatic cancer). This resulted in our dog being euthanised. In my opinion, the stress and our poor dog living in pain could have all been avoided had Orange Veterinary Hospital stayed in touch with us, and provided on-going and up-to-date care as they promised they would.Given this veterinary facility still has not gotten back to us when they said they would months ago, I believe I had no other option than to post this review.P.S. We paid in full and upfront vet and specimen collection costs so this did not happen as a result of not paying vet fees.

I must say I have never been here BUT I can still leave a review because my pup has attended this location before I got her and now I have a pup with 2 health issues that were NOT disclosed to the breeder with whom I purchased my puppy from, so therefore was not disclosed to me as the buyer.Firstly the breeder had my pup at the vet for final check up before coming to her forever home, the young vet who checked my pup gave the all clear to the breeder saying ( all pups are in good health and ready to go to their forever homes) ! Number 1 mistake the vet told the breeder the litter were males, wrong all girls, number 2 mistake the vet had written in the back of the book that my little one has a hernia that needs surgery ( vet never disclosed this to breeder so they could tell me and number 3 mistake my pup has a dental issue that may require surgery costing from $2,000 upwards and again the vet did not disclose this to the breeder so therefore I was none the wiser until I had my fur baby at my vet for her needles, I would have appreciated being told about her health issues which can only occur when the vet tells the breeder so the breeder can then tell me, I think this vet clinic has done a bad job in failing to disclose health issues but what makes me angry is the vet actually wrote in the back of the book outlining the two health issues and never said a word to the breeder about it, you don’t do that and if I had known my fur baby was coming to me with health issues I would not have gone through with the purchase because I can’t get pet insurance now as they deem it as pre existing health issues so won’t cover me, maybe some of the other vets in the practice are better but the young girl who was new to the practice has not done a BAD job and should go back to do more training in the module of, make sure you disclose all information to the breeder before hand over of puppies to forever homes, all I can say is I’m angry, if the vet had done her job correctly I wouldn’t be in this situation of having to fork out thousands for unexpected surgery due to the vet failure to disclose health issues.

Bryce is the most amazing vet. He is kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. He is helping us navigate care for our elderly cat and is extremely kind and understanding. He also provides excellent care for our younger cat. He totally understands that these fur babies mean everything to us. Thank you, Bryce, from the bottom of our hearts.

AMAZING team and AMAZING service! The vet we saw was sooo great with our cat Leo and pulled all the stops (including sending him to SASH) to see him well again. We are so thankful for these guys and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Wonderful staff and vets who really care and love our furry family members. They don't receive enough praise for the amazing things they do for us, as owners. They keep our babies healthy and happy.Thank you so much.Georgia has diagnosed our girl with a food allergy after 4 years of another vet fobbing us off with antibiotics after antibiotics. We are so relieved to finally have an answer and a much healthier Noodles.

I recently had an on farm visit from the wonderful Dr Georgia. Aside from travelling a long way out of Orange for the visit, she was absolutely amazing with my rescue horses, performing a minor surgical procedure on one, and sadly having to put another to sleep. Georgia was very mindful of my wellness with my back injury and health issues, and tried to limit the chance of me getting any further injury. She was also extremely caring and had a lot of compassion for both me and the animals, and what they had been through prior to arriving with me.While I have had one poor experience with this surgery, the matter was addressed comprehensively and a phone call from one of the head vets to personally apologise for an incident he was not involved in, was a very nice touch to close the door on a traumatic experience.Overall, the care, compassion and expertise I have recieved from Dr Georgia recently with my horses, and Dr Andrew Litchfield and Dr Genevieve in the past with my dogs, has been nothing short of amazing.I would not hesitate to recommend this vet clinic to anyone.
