The staff here were very helpful, I couldnt get a light that I wanted with the fitting that I needed and they were able to arrange for it to be adjusted for me. Lovely staff, great diverse range,

Went in on Saturday and then went to other stores and the service here was impeccable. Went through large range of lights. Showed us pictures of lights in houses the have done. Ended up going back here to buy the lights we wanted as again the service was great and the price was too.

Staff are intentionally rude. If you can put up with them the range of lights are quite good compared to other surrounding stores

Very poor customer service. We regret spending over $4k here for our build. At the time of placing the order we were not told about the 30% cancellation policy on cancellation. Be very careful when ordering or placing anything on lay by in this store. The store only offers exchange & not a full refund. Also they don’t return calls about queries - they said would call back about the cancellation policy and after we hadn’t heard from them for 2 days we presented to the shop. We regret spending our money here - and in future will never shop at a shop that has only an exchange policy rather than full refund.

Exceptionally rude staff - We walked in, looked around even found items of interest that we wanted to buy... My wife said Hello to the staff to which both looked at her blankly so I also said Hello how are you - neither even acknowledged we existed nor said a word back. Sometimes the simple of things make the difference. Never will we return nor recommend anyone to visit.

Not overly impressed with the service at this store as the lady just don't seem interested in helping. They also don't stock any spare screws etc for their lights even if the screws were missing in the first place. Recently I visited a lighting place on The Parade Norwood and they could't be more helpful - my new place for lights now.
