Beautiful and large range of rugs, not to mention the other wonderful homeware in store...Ingo let us take the rug home to see if it suited, it did. Lovely store with knowledgeable staff offering great advise and fantastic customer service.

I had a terrible experience with the man in the shop. He was rude, intimidating arrogant and obnoxious. He wouldn't let me roll the mats out fully to get a good look I wasn't allowed to take rug down to have a better look on the floor. Have been in the shop several times and had a lady who was fabulous and courteous. This man cut me off every time I went to ask a question he was far from professional. In saying that I spent over $500.The worst experience ever.

Excellent range of products from rugs to lamps to furniture. Prices are reasonable. An added bonus is that it is possible to take rugs home to see if they are suitable.
