We only had coffee, hot chocolate and scones here. The staff in general were super friendly and helpful! Whatever we had was above average even considering the Melbourne cafe standard. The atmosphere is great too and there are few different options to sit down and eat too!

Came here around 11am on Sunday. The place was fairly packed, about two vacant tables only. The staff are friendly but in a rush, they greeted us warmly and seated us, I like that they gave us the option to choose either vacant table.You order at the counter and the wait staff will bring the food once ready. Water (self service) is available near the coffee machine from a filtered tap.I ordered the omelette with mushrooms ($14), very juicy and delicious! My husband ordered the egg bacon sandwich ($12) which he enjoyed too but said should have had more bacon as there were only two.There are over 20 tables here but tables are very close to one another so conversations from nearby tables are clearly heard. There is a courtyard seating which is a bit more spread out and recommended if you want to enjoy the sun.I didn't care much for the skinny cappuccino. It was rather milky, Ripe is still the winner for me. My husband was happy with the caramel slice but the base was quite fudgy (my favourite is from Stirr It Up at Ringwood).

A nice, cosy cafe to enjoy a hot coffee. Fire added to the warmth and atmosphere. Very friendly feel about it. Plenty of seating indoors and out the back. Good selection of cakes and I lived that they were each clearly marked with the price - thank you!

This little coffee shop can house many visitors. They have very good food and drinks collection. We had coffes, pancakes and chocolate milk. The scones was one of the best I had every had. Very big in size and freshly prepared. The strawberry jam was so delicious. Definitely worth to visit and have a drink.

Breakfast or lunch is a must at Olinda Cafe when visiting the beautiful Mount Dandenong. Cosy environment, friendly service and a great selection of food. They even have customer designated parking and entry at rear of cafe.

This place has it all. Convenient parking at the back. Staff that goes beyond just being nice. Staff is helpful and super friendly even when busy. The food is delicious and their coffee is hot and very good.The place is cosy even it's freezing outside.Great experience.

A gorgeous spot for brunch and lunch.They have great variety on the menu.Lots of tables, and the staff flip them quickly, so you don't wait long to get a table.Weekends are busy with visitors, but the staff are super helpful and very friendly.Vegetarian options on the menu.Children friendly.They toilets on-site.

Fantastic hot drinks and service. The scones hit the spot, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.Multiple courtyards to dine in if the weather is nice.

Went on mother's day, friendly servers and fast serving although they were pretty busy that day. Desserts were OK, hot chocolate was great, lovely ambience. Good to stop by when you are visiting Olinda, would like to come back next time.

I’m sitting here right now, by the fire, after finishing yet another excellent breaky. I came in after breakfast cut off time, but on a weekday, if you ask nicely and they are not too busy, they will hook you up with those eggs you so want late in the day. Staff here are always so friendly and the food is consistently, fresh and tasty. Everything is good- breakfast / lunch and possibly the best tea & scones on the mountain . Highly recommend!
