We have been using rest easy for almost a year and they have been fantastic. Thorough cleans of full house. They are very responsive on phone or email. I've loved using their services. Highly recommend!

I was over promised and under delivered. So quick to get my credit card details on signing me up only to be delivered such a poor quality job. $440 for 2.5 hours of “cleaning”!$160 for “oven, stove, rangehood” clean, which was not completed at all. Flies left on window sills, mould in shower, no dusting in bedrooms.After complaining once, the cleaners came back for an hour, 15 mins of that was talking in my kitchen, for which I was also charged!What a compete let down. I’m so disappointed

We used rest easy to clean our beach house between air bnb guests. We loved using them and would recommend anyone looking for a full service housekeeping service on the Mornington peninsula to look no further.

We used Rest Easy for our holiday rental clean and we were horrified at the state our home was left in. Keysafe was left wide open, mop bucket and cleaning products were left around the home, bag of rubbish was left outside, internal bin bag was not emptied, house looked like it had not even been cleaned. Neighbour told me they were in and out in half an hour.I was using them to supply linean too which was only for sheets snd towels. When they came to collect the sheets they took my pillowcases and my expensive quilt and are now not returning my phone calls.I recommend to find someone else and avoid rest easy

I would recommend Rest Easy Services,have been very happy with standard of cleaning each time ,and Lisa did a great job yesterday,pleasant personality and a very efficient cleaner.

We used RestEasy four times to clean our holiday rental home when we were unable to. Although the cleans were completed, we didn't feel like we could 'rest easy' as almost each time there were either communication delays, no response at all, or in-attention to detail in instructions.For the first clean, we were overcharged (this was eventually rectified, but we had to email several times in order for it to happen); the second clean, our key lock code wasn't rotated; and the fourth clean, keys left in the apartment by the previous guest weren't placed back in the lock box, meaning we had to send our guest to a separate location to pick up the keys.RestEasy obviously has the potential to provide a well-trusted cleaning service, and we really wanted to be able to rely on their team as a backup when we couldn't clean ourselves. Unfortunately, they weren't able to deliver to our expectations (which may have just been too high).

Rest Easy Services clean my home on a regular basis. I am a long standing customer. I have had experience with many cleaning companies in the past and Rest Easy well and truly have kept up the standard in Quality Cleaning. One happy Customer, highly recommended!

We used Julie and her cleaning company for about 5-6 weeks for a holiday rental property. We trusted that they would do a good job as our hosting reputation relied on it.However after personally inspecting their cleaning efforts one day, we noticed that they had cut many corners (surfaces not wiped, cleaning equipment left in rooms, soap scum on showers, handprints on windows etc. etc.). We spent the next 2 hours personally cleaning the property ourselves.We then followed up with a stern email refusing to pay the bill and asking them to ensure everything was cleaned properly, and were returned with an email from Julie stating that they will no longer provide services... effective immediately. How dare we ask them to do the job they are paid for!This left us high and dry without a cleaner for guests arriving within days.There are plenty of services on the Peninsula that are happy to do their job to a high standard - Julie and the team at Rest Easy Services are not one of them!
