Kaire is an amazing nail technician and her skills are amazing. She is meticulous in every aspect when doing my nails and is worth the time it takes because they last up to 5 weeks before I have to go back for a refill. Couldn't recommend her enough!

I have been having my nails done at Katzy Nails for nearly two years. Last week I asked for my nails to be cut a little shorter, Kaire basically cut all my nail length off. I commented that the length was very short, her reply was “they will grow back”. Kaire was aware that I was not happy however, did not offer to repair my nails or refund me. The appointment took nearly two hours when it should only be one hour & ten mins. I was not told by Kaire that the appointment would be longer. I then received a message from Kaire advising that she has cancelled my future appointments & to find another salon. Very very unprofessional! I do not recommend Katzby Nails. I suggest finding an alternate nail salon who are more professional.

Perfect nails and really gentle too

All my life I have been a horrendous nail biter, so have always avoided getting my nails done because (1) they are usually too bitten to do anything with and (2) with my terrible anxiety, if I do manage to grow them to a decent length, I will peel it off.Kaire was recommended to me by a friend, because every time she would get her nails done, I would stare at them in amazement. I knew that I had to grow out my nails and stop picking at them just to utilise her excellent service.And can I just say, she is incredible! She is extremely clean (constantly wiping down her workspace and brushes), she's super friendly, and the best part - she is stupidly talented! The designs I have seen her do are just incredible. She does everything freehand, and she is a perfectionist - she will not let you leave her salon without your nails being up to her ridiculous professional standard, which is so awesome!Her services have made me realise I need to work hard on not biting my nails and picking them, just so then I can continue seeing her.And if you're lucky enough, you'll even get to meet her most beautiful doggo Cola!Thank you so much Kaire for being an amazing nailtech - I look forward to my next visit!
