A+ Team! The staff are so lovely, Tom is a top trainer who is so passionate with what he do. He observes my workout capacities and gives professional advices on how I can improve. Zac and Abbie are also great, very encouraging people.I recently relocated to Brisbane and I can confirm that Spearwood BFT is one of the best.

I was struggling through my 4th set of bicep curls, (it's the only lift i do), and out of nowhere the owner appeared, spotted the DB's and saved my life.After he gave me a broshake and said you look like Brendon Frasier in the Mummy. Just way more jacked. Keep liftin' brah"The confidence gained from that interaction led to 5 more sets of bicep curls"
