I wouldn't give them any stars, but then I can't leave my review....This is the worst company and also one of the worst stores to deal with. The rules change depending on who you speak to. Essentially it seems like the rules are made up on the spot. Customers are treated with disdain & contempt. Can't wait to sever all ties with this abysmal organisation...if they ever actually let me!!! It's beyond ridiculous!

Store staffs werent very helpful, unable to rectified our techinical issues and wasn't even able to notified their billing teams of our payments so that our data service could resumed to normal. When ask about assistance with diagnostic checks, the staff member advised he can send the phone to have it review but wasn't able to facilitate another temporary phone. So how could a customer operate without a phone if current phone has been sent to their serviced department! There was no point having in-store staff if they are unwilling and unable to help with customers account.

Optus doesn’t even deserve one star.I’ve been a customer for years, recently upgraded and was given a faulty phone. The first time I had an issue with my phone it had completely died and wouldn’t turn on, the staff at this store suggested I take it to Apple for them to sort it out.It’s still faulty even after being fixed and when i went back to ask this store’s staff about replacements they said I’d have to pay out the faulty phone to begin a new plan.I’ve also been receiving an extra seperate bill on top of my phone plan which is for a service I don’t even have, and everyone I speak to has no idea where it came from and pretend to cancel it until I receive another bill the next month.I’m quite fed up and I’m considering taking my complaints higher to cancel my services with Optus and move to a better telco company.

The store and manager are terrible. One star is too much for the terrible experience and lack of service. Optus is a joke of a company that offers no help and terrible conflicting advise. Use at your own peril.

By far the worse store I’ve ever walked into.The manager was on his phone, smiling to a video he was watching for a good 10 mins.3 of his other staff including one called Will were all seated together and on their mobile phones. Must be nice getting paid extra on a public holiday and yet put in zero work. Shows how well Optus has recruited. Shame on this store.

Worst customer service ever!!!!The Manager extremely dodgy!!!!Games are played between salesmen and Manager? Owner? Offering incorrect information and playing mind games for the sake of a sale.Came out of there feeling sick.Be very wary. Absolutely Disgusting!!! It's franchise stores like this that give the mother company a bad name. The matter has been escalated.
