Wont able to deliver the goods for us,Gave them a go in selling our property weren't able to walk the talk, which is what got us in the door with them to start with , Jack was easy to deal with humble nice bloke his manager was a different story though, wouldn't recommend him to anyone seemed to lie and keep you tied down to them after arguing and threatening him with a bad review on his name he said I will let you go according to terms but I think everyone needs to know, be aware if I can help someone why not,not a nice bloke and very cunning ,Alistair on other hand plenty of energy but can't seem walk the talk, would I use them again, its a no from us guys sorry

Have few properties interstate managed by other real estates so can do the comparison. Zevesto Property has been managing my property for few years now and has really done a bad job at property management. They send very jnr staffs who just goes clicks photos writes up reports and a tick inspection is done. As things get worse (because no one senior has gone to inspect despite requests from us) all they do is actual Property Manager will email saying terminate tenant as they are not looking after the property well when it seems to be it hasn't been managed properly in the first place. Staff turn over in the real estate is huge always hand balling to someone new. Their rates are high too compared to others around.
