We're very happy with Eastern Rd Pharmacy because they've been able to work directly with our doctors who prescribe the medication. It takes away a lot of the hassle for us. They are always professional, friendly and on the ball.

Okay...until you have a problem...terrible with exchange/refund. In the last year I have spent hundreds if not close to $1000.00 in toys just to support small business, even though you can sometimes get cheaper at the big stores. That is until we had a problem with a toy set which had a damaged piece. Couldn't even get them to exchange even though we had just bought it the day before. They told me to contact the manufacturer, blah, blah, blah... What a nerve! I didn't purchase from the manufacturer, I purchased from them! What a hassle to bother with. If it was a large amount I would probably take them to Fair Trading but can't be bothered wasting my time on this one. They were so stingy about a few bucks but in the end they are going to lose that tenfold or more. I used to tell everyone I know to go there, but now will be telling them the opposite! Bad customer service. Never go there again.

Great team who always go above and beyond to help. The new owner Ben seems to be picking up where Hanne left off and Ruth and rest of the team are lovely.If I go with the kids then they always spot something from the great Lego selection which is very well priced, particularly for a local store.Highly recommended :)
