We used to love eating here but the food quality and service has dropped drastically. The crab and prawn lasagne was simply awful, served cold, and missing it’s side salad to boot! With an empty restaurant it still took an hour or get meals and simply impossible to get an explanation of why it was taking so long from the staff on hand. Several meals were served cold. Some meals fine but all in all, just a below average experience overall.

Food was great and good for sharing, as we came for a light lunch. The kids play area was a nice surprise! It was close to some tables and far away from the main dining room so loud kids weren't a problem.

Do not play the pokies! Do not go here in peak times as quality of food and wait times is reduced dramatically. Do not go for dinner on trivia night because there is generally no seating available to eat, besides in the pokie room right next to the refreshments station. Food is quite nice and time from order to ready was quick. Zac was helpful and an obvious professional bartender. So glad this pub has the heaters turned on outside this winter. Not a huge fan of the attitudes (immature/rude) and performance of some of staff. The crowd is generally a older crowd and this pub is not very vibrant. If your looking for a good vibe or live entertainment, this is not the place. It has good potential to become a high performing pub. Very large amount of parking for patrons and large amount of seating indoors and outdoor.

Best vegan place. Great coffee. Food and take away. They also have some groceries . People travel for miles to come here. It is worth it.

What a wonderful experience we had at Charlies! It has been a long time since we had been to one and it was our first time here and celebrated fathers day as well too!Meals were pretty much spot on, might be expensive but it's worth it!Great meal portion sizes, good variety of choices to choose from and simply a good atmosphere. Felt like at home, it also has a nice bar with plenty of drinks options and the staff were friendly as well too. Glad to have come here!

First time going with the family , ordered through the app . Got our drinks straight away but had to wait an hour and a half for our meal , after asking multiple times, they just kept bringing everyone's out. Finally came out there was not much or an apology. But the good was decent sized and delicious . We have just tried again and ordered through uber eats . Way better .

Amazing Pub with Great service, Atmosphere and food. Value is impeccable as is the quality. Highly recommended to anyone passing through or going out for a dinner night
